Step 1.
What Products Should be Developed?

applied for or already exists)

the trademark must be determined.
The concept, ingredients, and form
of the cosmetics must be decided.
(Laboratory)

and regulations in the country of export.
Step 2. Container Selection
In which country will the cosmetic
product be distributed?
Where will the cosmetic
products be distributed?
What is the retail price range?
These are some of the questions
that must be asked before
selecting the container.
Once the container is determined,
QA is necessary to check whether
it is suitable for the cosmetic type.
Also, the post-processing of
the container must be determined.
Step 3. Package Design
Based on complete data,
the package is designed according
to the concept. (Design Division)
Step 4. Confirmation & Payment
Before beginning full scale production,
the product, package design,
shipping schedule, etc., must be finalized.
Once the payment is made,
move to the next step.
Modification is not possible
after confirmation.
Step 5. Production & Delivery
Stocking of subsidiary materials:
Ingredients and printed packaging
are stocked at the factory
before beginning production.
Depending on the supply and
demand of the subsidiary materials,
the production schedule may be fluid.
