1. Create a work template.

You must create it in CMYK.

Using the cutting lines we provide,

You can work directly in CMYK.

Changes include notch location,
corner processing
(right angle or rounded),
and opening direction
(upper or lower).

Changes include
the sealing surface size,
bottom size, and zipper location.

Please call us for any changes.

2. Setting the Trim Margin

Working Instructions

01. CMYK settings: 9.
Image resolution: 300 DPI or higher

02. Work according to the guidelines.

03. Font Outline Processing

04. Mark post-processing locations
(perforation & tear lines)

05. Uncheck "Overprint" (overprinting)

06. Printing white on a new layer.

07. Mark transparent areas separately.

08. Paper fabric in the sealing area.

09. Link when inserting image files.

10. Work on the design layer.

Example:
170 x 220 mm -> 174 x 224 mm

For a clean result, you need
to allow 2 mm on all sides.

We recommend using
the templates we provide.

Be sure to enlarge
only the background layer,
not the entire image.

3. Outlining Fonts

You must outline
  the fonts you use. 

4. Spot Color Settings

If you use spot colors,
please provide
the exact chip number and
color chart (case-sensitive),
and apply the spot color
to your design accordingly.

5. White Ink Settings (White)

Since white printing is
always applied to the fabric,
white ink is essential
(create a separate layer).

White must be designated
as a spot color.
Set it to C:10 and specify
White (case-sensitive).

If there are transparent areas,
exclude those areas and set
the white setting accordingly.

(Use the Pathfinder function.)

6. Save

Please save as an AI file.

Please save as a CC version, 

create a PDF-compatible file,
and save without an ICC profile.

7. Check the proof file.

to you for printing purposes.

The converted file will
be provided as a PDF.

After a final confirmation,
we will begin the process.
