④ Aluminum pouch_Automatic Roll Packaging Guide for Cosmetics OEM & ODM, Eye Mark, Roll Length, Machine Specs
* Automatic Rolling
Automatic roll packaging is
printed with the customer's
desired design, coated, slit, and
rolled into a finished product.

The number of rolls produced
per order varies depending
on the customer's desired roll width
and the fabric width used
by the packaging manufacturer.
Since the packaging is
delivered in roll form,
the customer must prepare
an automatic roll filling machine.
For an automatic roll filling machine,
simply load the fabric and
packaging contents into the machine,
as shown in the photo above,
and start packaging.
The machine automatically fills
and seals the packaging,
completing the product.
Once the automatic filling is
complete, the stick pouch or
T-barrier pouch is finished,
as shown below.

* Things to know when
producing automatic roll packaging!
1) Width and height dimensions
2) Eye mark location and
specifications (or sensor mark)
3) Roll Length
1) Width and height
Determining the width and
height in the design is easy,
but you need to know
the actual content volume,
the size and sealing width
of the automatic filling machine,
and more.
As you can see in the images above,
the top and bottom are sealed,
and the backs of the product touch
each other to form a T-shaped seal.
Design your product with
these sealing sizes and the specifications
of the filling machine in mind.
2) Eye Mark Location and
Specifications (or Sensor Mark)
The automatic filling machine's
sensor recognizes the eye mark
on the packaging and performs
the sealing and cutting.
The eye mark specifications are
generally similar but may vary
slightly depending on the automatic
filling machine’s specifications,
so it’s best to check in advance.
The image above shows
a single-row roll of packaging.
Depending on the specifications
of the automatic packaging machine,
it may be possible to achieve
two-row or ten-row filling.
The packaging must be
manufactured to meet the
specifications of the filling machine.
3) Roll Length
The number of rolls varies
depending on the manufacturer's
fabric width and the product width,
but the length of the fabric wound
on the rolls should be discussed
with the manufacturer.
If the fabric is wound too short,
frequent roll replacement and
resetting is required during filling.
If the fabric is wound for too long,
the roll can become
misshapen and damaged.
Consult the manufacturer to
adjust the fabric length to
match the product width.
