Three-Side Standing Pouch

You can make three-side seal bags
and three-side standing zipper bags
using various vinyl fabrics.
Here are some things to keep in mind
when making zipper bags.
Create a variety of
zipper bags with farmer's.

* What is a three-side sealed pouch?
(3-side seal standing pouch)

This pouch is made with
three sides sealed
and the top left open.

It differs from the
three-side pouch in that it has
an additional bottom gusset.

This bottom gusset
allows for greater capacity
than a three-sided pouch
of the same size.

This allows the pouch to be displayed
or stored standing up.
(Regular three-side pouches
must always be laid flat.)

Usage: Food packaging,
Coffee bag packaging,
Pet food packaging,
Product packaging, etc.

Things to Know When
Making a Three-Way Pouch

1) Bottom size and type

2) Notch (optional)

3) Zipper (optional)

4) Hanger Hole (optional)

5) Corners

6) Coating

7) Capacity by Size

The base size is
based on the folded (left) or
unfolded (right) state for each person.

If the folded

base measures is 35 mm (left),
the unfolded base measures 70 mm (right).

You can also choose the type of base.

A) Main Fabric = Base Fabric

The main fabric and base fabric
are typically used together.

If the main fabric and
base fabric are the same,
printing can be applied to the base fabric.

Printing on the base fabric
may result in a price difference,

Even within the same
1,000-meter production, the number
of pouches produced may vary.

 B) Main Fabric ≠ Backing Fabric

Using different main
and backing fabrics, you can create
a visual effect or
reveal the contents inside.

Example)
Main Fabric (Opaque 3-ply fabric) +
Backing Fabric (Transparent 2-ply fabric)

If the main and backing fabrics are
different, printing cannot be
applied to the backing fabric.

2) Notch (optional)

This is a mandatory option
for three-way pouches.

This option allows customers
to easily open the pouch without tools.

(Without the notch, it would be
difficult for users to open it.)

3) Zipper (optional)

This option adds a zipper
to the inside of the pouch.

This isn't necessary
if the customer uses the pouch
once and then throws it away.

But it's useful if the customer
plans to use it multiple times
or needs to close it after use.

Adding the zipper to a three-way
pouch costs a very small additional fee.

4) Hanger Punching (Optional)

There are two main hanger types:
"round" and "hat-shaped."

This is required if you plan
to hang the pouch on a display case.

This is optional.

<Handle Punching>

A Handle punching is available
for use as a shopping bag.

Handle punching has a high loss rate,
so a small additional fee is charged.

5) Corners

Most three-sided pouches are square.

You can choose
whether the four corners
are right-angled or circular.

* The price does not vary
depending on the corner option,
but the round perforations
may not be available,
or the finish may be uneven.

6) Coating

Coating is available in
gloss (left) and matte (right).

Choosing a coated paper is
highly subjective, so please choose
based on your pouch design.

* There may be a slight price
difference depending on the
glossy or matte coated paper.

7) Capacity by Size
Three-Side Standing Pouch

The above sizes may
vary slightly depending on the
contents and filling method.
