⑥ Aluminium pouch_M-seal Pouch (Column M-seal/MT-seal)

M-seal Pouch

The M-seal pouch is
named for its cross-section,
which resembles the letter M.

M-seal pouches can

be displayed upright,
but they cannot be
sealed with a zipper,

They are not suitable
for packaging liquids
or liquid contents.

They are primarily suitable
for coffee beans, pet food,
grains, and refill pouches.

The fabric can be made
from a variety of materials,
including transparent
double-layer (NY+LLDPE),
opaque triple-layer (PET+Al+LLDPE),
quadruple-layer (PET+Al+NY+LLDPE),
and VMpet.

For larger volumes and
 heavier contents, a thicker
fabric is recommended.

* Column M-seal vs. MT-seal

: Because the sealing locations
for the Column M-seal and
MT-Room differ, design
considerations are crucial.

Column M-seal seals
all four corners,
while MT-seal seals
only the T-shaped area
where the fabrics meet.

* MT-seal Advantage:
For the same size,
MT-seal holds slightly more contents
than Column M-Room.
(Subtle difference.)

* Column M-seal Advantage:
Because all four corners are sealed,
the stand is more
self-supporting than M-seal.
(It stands up better.)
