자체에 대해서는 소량 생산이

가능할 수 있습니다.

하지만 최종 생산 수량은

단순히 내용물만으로

결정되지 않습니다.

용기 및 부자재 공급 업체의

MOQ가 전체 생산 수량을

결정하는 중요한 요소입니다.

예를 들어, 

제품을 1~2K만
생산하고 싶더라도,

용기나 튜브 등의 부자재는

최소 5~10K부터 주문이 가능하다면,

해당 수량을 맞춰야 프로젝트가 진행됩니다.

이러한 관행은

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) 

in Cosmetics Production ◐

When launching a cosmetic brand
or developing new products, 

many clients inquire about
producing small quantities—
typically around
1,000 to 2,000 units per item. 

This is especially common
when planning multiple items at once,
such as seven or more.

Our factory may be able
to produce small batches
of the product formula itself.
However, the final production q'ty
is not determined
solely by the formula.

In the cosmetics industry,
the MOQ of packaging and
component suppliers plays
a critical role in determining
the overall production q'ty.

For instance,
even if we aim to produce
only 1K–2K units,
packaging suppliers may
require a minimum of 5~10K units
for jars, bottles, or tubes.
In such cases,
we must meet their MOQ
to proceed with the project.

This practice is
not unique to our factory—
it’s a standard across
most OEM/ODM manufacturers
in the industry.

Another way
is for the client
to ship the containers
and materials to our factory.
