기초 화장품 품질 평가 매뉴얼
1. 제품 외관 및 포장
① 포장: 포장이 손상되지 않았는지,
라벨이 올바르게 부착되었는지 확인합니다.
② 색상: 제품의 색상이 균일하고,
변색이나 이물질이 없는지
육안으로 확인합니다.
③ 향: 제품의 고유한 향을 확인하고,
비정상적인 냄새나
변취가 없는지 점검합니다.
④ 질감: 제품의 제형이 균일하고,
분리되거나 뭉치는
현상이 없는지 확인합니다.
2. 안정성 평가
⑤ 고온/저온 안정성:
일정 기간 동안 고온(45°C) 및
저온(4°C)에 보관하여 제품의
색상, 향, 질감 변화를 관찰합니다.
⑥ 장기 보관 안정성:
실온에서 장기간(예: 3~6개월) 보관하여
품질 변화를 모니터링합니다.
⑦ 광 안정성:
빛에 노출시켜 색상 변화나
성분 분해가 발생하는지 확인합니다.
3. 미생물 품질
⑧ 총 호기성 미생물 수:
제품 내 호기성 미생물의 총 수를 측정하여
규정된 기준치(예: 1,000 CFU/g 이하)를
초과하지 않는지 확인합니다.
⑨ 특정 미생물 검출:
대장균, 황색포도상구균 등
특정 유해 미생물의 유무를 검사합니다.
4. 사용감 평가
⑩ 발림성: 피부에 얼마나
부드럽게 발리는지 평가합니다.
⑪ 흡수력: 제품이 피부에 얼마나
빠르게 흡수되는지 확인합니다.
⑫ 사용 후 느낌:
끈적임, 유분감, 촉촉함 등 사용 후
피부에 남는 느낌을 평가합니다.

5. pH 측정
⑭ pH 측정: 제품의 pH를 측정하여
피부에 적합한 범위(일반적으로 4.5~6.5)
내에 있는지 확인합니다.
pH가 너무 높거나 낮으면
피부 자극을 유발할 수 있습니다.

Measure the product's pH to ensure
it is within the appropriate range
for skin (typically 4.5–6.5).
